As part of the ATSU Still Scholars program, students from Greenville College in Greenville, Ill., recently visited the Missouri campus Sept. 21. The Still Scholars Early Acceptance program provides admission opportunities to outstanding students who aspire to become osteopathic physicians at ATSU’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Early Acceptance program rewards highly capable students who are dedicated to the osteopathic philosophy with admittance into ATSU’s founding osteopathic medical programwithout traditional MCAT requirements.
Greenville College (a Still Scholar agreement school) students were given an overview of the Still Scholars program, an osteopathic manipulative medicine demonstration, and tours of the campus and the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine. As well, students were provided with a biomedical sciences overview.
