St. Louis Dental Center recognizes National Children’s Dental Health Month

Still University’s Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health and Affinia Healthcare, gave away special Tooth Fairy Care Packages to pediatric patients in recognition of National Children’s Dental Health Month. While visiting the St. Louis Dental Center, parents and young patients learned about the importance of good oral health. Additionally, Jordan Arnone, D4, and Marcos Betancourt, D3, accompanied Patricia Inks, RDH, MS, associate director of dentistry in the community, to Fox 2 St. Louis where they shared tips for children’s oral health on air.
“We encourage parents to introduce dental care to children, so they learn to understand that caring for their teeth helps them to be healthier,” said Avanija Reddy, DMD, MPH, specialty care unit director in pediatric dentistry at the St. Louis Dental Center.
