A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) students and staff were part of an annual fundraiser for Hope’s Kitchen in Kirksville, Mo. The soup kitchen serves more than 400 meals a month, in addition to delivering meals to homebound and disabled residents. The latest fundraiser brought in more than $9,000.
Alpha Phi Omega (APO), a service fraternity from ATSU-KCOM, is a sponsor of Hope’s Kitchen and one of several groups to staff the kitchen throughout the year. APO provides two officers, board president, and a volunteer coordinator for Hope’s Kitchen.
