Drs. Trombly and Park present to global audiences in Seoul, South Korea

A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) Dean Robert Trombly, DDS, JD, and Jae Hyun Park, DMD, PhD, MSD, MS, chair of ATSU-ASDOH’s postgraduate orthodontic program, recently presented to residents and faculty at the Catholic University of Korea in Seoul while attending the 2019 QS Subject Focus Summit: Dentistry – Changing Paradigm in Dental Education for Future Excellence.
The summit was held at Kyung Hee University April 4-6. It was hosted by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), a global higher education company that holds conferences throughout the world. QS is best known for publishing the QS World University Rankings. Approximately 150 dental deans and other senior leaders from across the globe attended this year’s summit. Several thought leaders from dental schools gave presentations to foster a shared understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing dental education. Dean Trombly delivered a presentation on dental education in the U.S., “Innovations in U.S. Dental Education to Graduate Dentists for Today and Tomorrow.”
