Dr. Scott Morrison promoted to ASDOH Associate Dean of Education
Posted: October 7, 2009Scott Morrison, D.D.S., M.S.D., M.A.Ed., was recently named A.T. Still University-Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health associate dean of education. He assumed his new duties September 1 after serving as the director of clinical education.
Dr. Morrison is enthusiastic about his new role at ASDOH. “I look forward to helping ensure that we graduate well-rounded healthcare providers, as well as excellent clinicians, in the spirit of A.T. Still University’s mission,” he said.
Dr. Morrison received his D.D.S. in 1979 and his M.S.D. in endodontics in 1986, both from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He and his wife, Dr. Karen Panietz, who is also an endodontist, relocated to Arizona in 1988 and went into private practice in Chandler, Ariz. Dr. Morrison joined the ATSU-ASDOH team in April 2005.
Dr. Morrison’s office has moved from the ASDOH Dental Clinic to the main ASDOH administration area.
