Dr. Buchanan selected for AOTA’s Academic Leadership Institute

A.T. Still University-Arizona School of Health Sciences‘ faculty member, Brandi L. Buchanan, OTD, OTR/L, associate professor, Department of Occupational Therapy, has been selected to take part in the American Occupational Therapy Association’s (AOTA) inaugural Academic Leadership Institute in 2016-17.
Dr. Buchanan is one of 24 people selected from across the U.S. for AOTA’s institute designed to develop leaders for the academic setting. The Institute includes a two-day workshop followed by seven monthly online learning modules in addition to group mentoring sessions. Dr. Buchanan has been with ATSU-ASHS’ Department of Occupational Therapy since fall 2010.
