Burch named ASHS vice dean

Ann Lee Burch, EdD., MPH, PT, has been appointed vice dean of A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS). Dr. Burch has served as chair of the physical therapy department and associate professor since 2008. Her new position as vice president commenced January 1, 2012. Dr. Burch received her MS in physical therapy in 1989 from Columbia University, her MS in public health in 2000 from Columbia University, and her EdD in 2005 from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interest and experience is in multicultural competence of the healthcare provider and its effect on quality of care. She came to A.T.
