ATSU-CGHS alumnus presents on COVID-19

A.T. Still University-College of Graduate Health Studies (ATSU-CGHS) alumnus Pietro Marghella, DHSc, ’12, recently presented at the New Canaan Men’s Club on the topic of COVID-19.
Dr. Marghella provides lectures in public health preparedness at George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. He presented to the men’s club virtually.
“Dr. Marghella brings extensive expertise in the issues relating to addressing pandemics, having authored the Centers for Disease Control’s National Operations Plan for Pandemic Influenza and the National Security Council’s Federal Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza,” according to a local press release regarding the presentation.
