Posted: May 3, 2016Congratulations to A.T. Still University audiology students Dakota Fego, ’19, Katy Harvey, ’18, Natalie Loyola, ’17, and Kristina Weishar, ’19, who were named the 2016 Arizona Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ArSHA) Praxis Bowl winners. Winners were recognized during the ArSHA Convention in Tucson, Arizona. The Praxis Bowl consists of student teams from each university who compete in a “quiz bowl” format to see which team can answer the most Praxis practice questions correctly. This session is designed for students preparing to take the Praxis examination, as well as professionals who want to refresh their basic knowledge skills while learning in a fun, interactive, and competitive environment. Additionally, Briana Garrett, ’17, was awarded the James Case Student Clinical Award, which is presented each year to “outstanding graduate or doctoral students from A.T. Still University, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and University of Arizona.”
