Presenting Complaint: Sally complains of severe pain in her knees. The pain started in her ankles last Friday however, she really started to worry when the pain got to her knees. It is soccer season and she is afraid this will affect her ability to play forward. She has also had a fever since last Monday and has missed 4 days of school already. Sally says she really needs some antibiotics or something to clear this up before the big soccer match this Friday.
