The Still OPTI Well-Being Committee is charged with identifying barriers to wellness and contributing factors that affect resident, medical student, and faculty well-being; developing and implementing initiatives to support resident, medical student, and faculty emotional well-being; and engaging resident, medical student, and faculty participation in regular well-being activities.
