Helen's neck is examined and is supple with no rigidity,
tenderness, muscle spasm, or palpable masses. Supraclavicular lymph
nodes are palpable, tender, and slightly swollen. Her trachea is
midline and movable. No jugular venous distention is noted. No carotid
bruits are noted.
