Answer: I got here at 2:00PM and since you all are soooo
slow around here it must be at least 3:30PM by now.

Answer: It hurts.

General comments: Patient is breathing quite rapidly and
appears to be in pain on inspiration. She is quite sarcastic and anxious.
The patient is very thin and appears slightly malnourished.
