What are your average daily activities?

I get up and go to work at KCOM. I normally work from 4-6 hours in my research lab every weekday and then about 3-5 hours per weekday in my office. The kids keep us running and most nights we are taking them to one activity or the other. Weekends I usually fix stuff around the house and go to church.
