Fever: Onset approximately 1 week ago. Temperature recorded at 103o F during this time. Prior problems with fever not reported.
Diarrhea: Stool consistency reported as watery. Onset of current diarrheal exacerbation was reported as being approximately 2 weeks ago. Patient also reports other diarrhea episodes occurring intermittently over approximately a 1 year period. The frequency of the diarrheal episodes has increased recently and is now accompanied by generalized abdominal pain.
Dyspnea: Upon questioning the patient about the apparent difficulty he is having with breathing, he admits to dyspnea upon exertion. This dyspnea has been accompanied by a minimally productive cough. Onset was 1-2 weeks ago.
