Nope, this is a minor manifestation. Patients that have had a previous bout of rheumatic fever are much more likely to experience this disease again following infection with Streptococcus pyogenes. Repeated episodes of rheumatic fever often result in permanent heart damage. Go back and find another major manifestation.
