Gina's Medical History |
Gina is a 32 year old female, height 5 ft 7 in, weight 130 lbs. She obtained a B.S. in Biology/chemistry at Missouri State University when she was 21. She then went to veterinary school at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She graduated in four years and then set up a small animal practice in Columbia, MO. She and Gerry have been married for 8 years. Gina met Gerry when she was a second year vet student. Gina has had all her childhood vaccinations. She got her HepB vaccinations just before he entered vet school at 22 years of age. She has no record of any vaccination since graduating from veterinary school.
Gina has no drug allergies. She is not taking any medications currently (at 32 years of age). She and Gerry have been trying to have a child for the past five years with no success. They have one daughter Geraldine that they adopted 2 years ago.
Gina does not smoke. However, while in high school she did obtain treatment for alcohol and drug abuse (intravenous cocaine use). She takes no medications. She does not drink alcoholic beverages and has been faithfully attending AA meetings since her alcohol and drug treatment. She has relapsed into using alcohol 3 times since rehab.
