Gerry is a 35 year old male, height 6 ft, weight 200 lbs. He obtained a B.S. in Biology at the University of Missouri when he was 21. He then went to graduate school and got his Ph.D. in English at the University of Missouri. He graduated in 6 years and then got a position in the English department at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. He and Gina have been married for 8 years. He met Gina while he was in graduate school and she was in veterinary school at the University of Missouri. Gerry has had all his childhood vaccinations. He got his HepB vaccinations while in graduate school at 22 years of age. He gets a yearly influenza vaccine and he was vaccinated for DTaP when he was 34 years old.

Gerry is allergic to erythromycin. He is not taking any medications currently (at 35 years of age). He had his tonsils removed at 10 years of age and he had his appendix removed when he was 16 years old.

Gerry does not smoke nor does he use any recreational drugs. He takes no medications. He drinks 1 to 2 alcoholic beverages per week. They have one daughter Geraldine that they adopted 2 years ago.
