Structural Examination

Cervical, thoracic, and lumber curvatures are normal; no scoliosis noted.

Bilateral paraspinal muscle spasms and general range of motion restriction at T1-T6. Range of motion restriction is worse in T3-4. Exquisite tenderness was noted at T3 bilaterally and in the third interspace anteriorly.

T₃ERS_L, T₄ERS_R, C₄FSR_R, OA ER_LS_R, C₁R_R, C₂FSR_L, Ribs 1-3 are bilaterally depressed and held in expiration. Ribs 5-9 right held in inspiration.
