Betty's neck is examined and is supple with no rigidity,
tenderness, muscle spasm, or palpable masses. A few shotty lymph nodes
are palpable in the anterior cervical chain. Her trachea is midline and
movable. No jugular venous distention is noted. No carotid bruits
are noted.
