Innovating the Future of Medicine

A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) and School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona (ATSU-SOMA) integrate the founding tenets of osteopathic medicine and the advancing knowledge of today’s science. A best-in-class curriculum and community outreach mission to serve the underserved prepare graduates to make pioneering contributions to healthcare education, knowledge, and practice, contributing to the future of integrated care and shaping healthcare in communities where needs are greatest. Instead of treating specific symptoms or illnesses, they regard the body as an integrated whole.

Educating the medical students of tomorrow is not only a matter of meeting the challenges of today’s healthcare landscape, but proactively anticipating future ones. Students become among the most dedicated physicians and allied health professionals, the wisest of mentors, and the most enthusiastic leaders who are inspired to change the future of medicine.
